Qamar-ul-Uloom was founded in 1996 by Hazrat Khawaja Pir Muhammad Bashiruddin Muazzami Nizami in Gujarat, Pakistan. The institution was established to provide a blend of religious and modern education, inspired by the teachings of his spiritual guide, Hazrat Khawaja Muhammad Qamaruddin Sialvi. It began with a 38-marla plot of land donated by a generous woman and grew to include 28 rooms, a three-story veranda, and the Nizami Mosque.

Over time, the institution expanded with the purchase of an additional 8-kanal land. Facilities such as Jamia Muazzamia for Girls, Dar-ul-Bashar for Girls, teacher residences, and the Fakhral Kutub Library were added. Qamar-ul-Uloom offers accommodation, meals, education, and medical care to students, aiming to create well-rounded individuals.

The institution emphasizes spiritual and moral development alongside academic learning. Under the leadership of its founder, Qamar-ul-Uloom has become a prominent center for education and spirituality, shaping students into ethical and knowledgeable members of society.

Hazrat Sahibzada Pir Muhammad Basheeruddin Mu’azami Nizami is a renowned Islamic scholar, spiritual leader, and educator. Born in 1941, he belongs to a highly respected spiritual lineage connected to Aastana Aliya Sial Sharif. He dedicated his life to promoting Islamic teachings, spiritual enlightenment, and education.
